Professional decluttering support designed with neurodivergent needs at the heart of everything we do.
Neatly exists to provide compassionate, understanding decluttering support for neurodivergent individuals. We believe that everyone deserves access to services that truly understand their needs – not services that force them to adapt to neurotypical expectations.
Too often, traditional organising services don't understand the unique challenges that come with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. We're changing that by training our team specifically in neurodivergent-affirming approaches, sensory awareness, and compassionate communication.
Our Values
These principles guide everything we do at Neatly.
We approach every situation with empathy and understanding. No judgment, no shame – just genuine support.
We celebrate neurodivergent minds. Our services are designed with, not just for, the neurodivergent community.
Built by and for the community we serve. Our team includes neurodivergent individuals at every level.
We maintain the highest standards in training, support, and service delivery. Quality matters.
Neatly was founded by people who understand neurodivergence firsthand. After struggling to find decluttering support that didn't come with judgment or unrealistic expectations, we decided to create the service we wished existed.
We started with a simple question: what would decluttering support look like if it was designed by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people? The answer is Neatly – a service built on understanding, patience, and genuine care.
Today, our team of trained declutterers helps hundreds of clients across the UK. Every team member completes our comprehensive training programme, which covers not just organisation techniques, but also neurodivergent-affirming practices, sensory awareness, and trauma-informed approaches.
