Neatly exists to provide decluttering support that does not force people to fit a neurotypical standard. Declutterers are self-employed. Neatly is the platform that introduces you, takes the booking, and holds the checks.
Our story
Neatly was started by people who could not find decluttering support without judgment or unrealistic expectations. The question was simple: what would support look like if it was designed with neurodivergent people, not only for them?
The founder
Charlotte Keen
Founder of Neatly, since 2018
Charlotte founded Neatly in 2018 from managing family life, executive functioning challenges, and a busy household. Lived experience as a neurodivergent mum to neurodivergent children sits alongside professional practice. The support is warm, understanding, and without judgement.
The background is more than 20 years in the charity sector, including a disability charity, and eight years as a professional declutterer. A First Class Honours degree in Health and Social Care, a family support project, and time as a Safeguarding Lead are part of that work.

The session adapts to how you work. You are not asked to adapt to a standard tidy-up.
Community-led
Lived experience is welcome in the network. It is not a requirement.
Care in the work
Neatly-certified training is required before a declutterer takes a booking.
