What we see when we work in Oxfordshire
Practical, area-specific notes — not generic copy.
Oxfordshire is a county of sharp contrasts — the city of Oxford with its world-leading universities and global migrant population sits within a largely rural county including the Cotswolds AONB, Chilterns AONB and the rapidly-growing town of Bicester. Many of our Oxfordshire clients are academic, healthcare or research professionals where high-functioning ND went unrecognised for decades.
Oxford Health NHS FT provides community mental health, learning disability and adult ND services across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and BSW. Adult ASD and ADHD diagnostic waits remain long; we do not require a diagnosis.
The Oxford academic community has produced some of the world’s leading research on autism (the ARC, the OUH adult autism teams) and we are familiar with the local research and clinical landscape, while remaining a community-led service rather than an academic one.
We work in Victorian terraces in East Oxford, college-tied accommodation in central Oxford, modern executive estates in Bicester, market-town terraces in Banbury and Witney, and rural cottages across the Cotswold and Chiltern villages.

For commissioners & professionals
Working with Oxfordshire County Council
If you are a social worker, OT, housing officer, safeguarding lead or commissioner in Oxfordshire, here is how Neatly fits alongside your work.
Statutory alignment
We deliver a person-centred, trauma-informed model that complements Care Act 2014 (or the equivalent Scottish, Welsh or NI framework) assessments and multi-agency self-neglect & hoarding work. We are explicitly NOT a deep-clean contractor.
Procurement & commissioning
Neatly is willing to engage with OCC Adult Social Care, SEND commissioning and the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) ICB. Our model complements Oxford Health community teams and aligns with the Oxfordshire multi-agency hoarding pathway.
