How ItWorks

Tell us about you, book a time, and get support at your pace.

Simple steps to a calmer space

  1. Step 1

    Tell Us About You

Share your preferences, sensory needs, and what you'd like help with. We match you with a declutterer who can work that way.

  2. Step 2

    Book Your Session

Choose a time that works for you. Pick your service type and any add-ons you need.

  3. Step 3

    Get Supported

Your declutterer arrives ready to help at your pace, respecting your needs throughout.

Built different, for a reason

  • Designed for neurodivergent minds

Declutterers are trained to work with sensory needs, communication preferences, and your pace.

  • DBS-checked and insured

A declutterer is shown as DBS-checked only when their check is clear and in date, and they carry their own insurance.

  • No judgment, just support

Clutter happens. The approach is compassionate, practical, and shame-free.

  • Flexible booking

Book when it suits you. The goodwill cancellation window is 48 hours, on top of your statutory cancellation rights.

Booking & pricing

How does booking work?

Create an account, pick the type of session you need, choose a date and time, and we match you with a verified declutterer. Many people start with a short video planning call before any in-person work.

How much does it cost?

Prices are on the pricing page and include VAT where VAT applies, plus any mandatory fees. Optional add-ons are listed separately. Sessions can also be paid with Access to Work, direct payments, or a personal budget where those apply to you.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. That is a goodwill policy. If you booked online, you also have a 14-day cancellation right. If you ask for the service to start inside those 14 days, cancelling after it has been fully performed can end that right, and a partly performed service may be charged in proportion to what was supplied.

Will I always have the same declutterer?

Wherever possible, yes — and we recommend it. Continuity matters, particularly for autistic and ADHD clients. Tell us at intake if having the same person every time matters to you.

What is the Pay It Forward fund?

A pool of contributions that can subsidise sessions when cost is a barrier. It is not a charity and contributions are not described as tax-deductible. No proof of income is required. Fair use applies, and allocations depend on what is in the fund.

How do you handle consent during a session?

Consent is item-by-item, decision-by-decision. Nothing leaves your home, gets binned, or gets significantly moved without your explicit agreement. You can change your mind at any point. "Not today" is always an acceptable answer.

What if I need to stop a session?

You can stop at any moment, no explanation needed. The session ends, your declutterer leaves, and we follow up by email — not phone — to check in. You are not charged for time that was not used because you needed to stop.
